Two roundtable discussions focusing on the content of the 3rd edition of the Climate Chance Observatory’s Local Action Report, released on April 6th, 2021.  The report includes a variety of case studies from: Bahia, Bogota, Dakar, Scotland, Manchester, Melbourne, Mexico City, Occitania, Ontario, Palembang, North Rhine-Westphalia, San Carlos de Bariloche, Slavutych, Strasbourg, Turin.

The purpose of the report can be summed up as:

  • provide an overview of actions taken, in particular by local government initiatives
  • highlight national, regional and local climate policies
  • localisation of SDGs in the territories

Representing Regions4, Natalia Uribe will participate in the second debate which explores the effect that the implementation of the SDGs at a local and subnational level can have on the transition to clean energies, taking into consideration both privileged and vulnerable populations.
