The ninth meeting of the UN’s Inter-agency and Expert Group on Sustainable Development Goal Indicators (IAEG-SDGs) will include a one-day Members meeting on 25 March and a three-day Plenary meeting from 26-28 March. The objectives of the meeting include reviewing the tier classifications, reviewing work plans for indicators in Tier III, discussing the 2020 comprehensive review of the indicator framework and additional indicators, discussing data disaggregation, and sharing experiences in SDG monitoring. The meeting will be hosted by the UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA).
