NASA is organizing a four, two-hour parts webinar sessions on earth observations (EO) for disaster risk assessment and resilience on 6, 8, 13 and 15 August. The objective of the webinar is to learn how to use remote sensing and socioeconomic data to combine them for assessing risks derived from climate change, in accordance with SDG Target 13.1: Strength resilience & adaptive capacity to climate-related hazards and natural disasters in all countries.

There is no cost for the webinar, but you must register to attend the webinar series. There will be two time slots to take this training in, and both will be broadcast in English. Professional organizations in the public and private sectors engaged in water resources management and monitoring will be given preference over organizations focused primarily on research.
