Five years after the adoption of the 2030 Agenda, 2020 is marked to be a critical year for accelerating progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals as it kicks starts the Decade of Action announced by the UN Secretary-General. The 2020 edition of the SDG Global Festival of Action aims to be a milestone to raise awareness, visibility and impact of these global initiatives, with a greater focus on innovative actions and solutions that can lead to transformative change towards SDGs achievement.
