As part of their commitment to the RegionsAdapt initiative, member regions sign to disclose their climate risks and adaptation actions on a yearly basis through the CDP Platform of States and Regions.

This year, 28 regional governments from 17 countries, representing 200 million people, shared their adaptation efforts. In total, 130 impacts of climate change, they are facing currently or will face in the future. The most disclosed impact is more frequent and intense rainfalls, followed by more frequent and intense droughts.

Regions4 publishes a summary of the shared data to inform about regional government’s ambitious actions to adapt to climate change. To download the full Brief Report, please follow this link.
